Jeff Lewis
Chef/Co-owner

 

Born in 1983, Jeff was raised on a 50 acre farm outside
of Lecompton, Ks.  His exposure to artisan techniques and a multitute of ethnic cuisines started with his mother and father, who helped foster his interest in food.

Jeff has gained experience from cooking professionally in seven different kitchens throughout college.
Graduating in the Spring of 2008 with a Industrial Design degree from the University of Kansas.  Jeff is responsible for the concept/branding/menus/design of the restaurant.  Jeff’s design process can be seen through his approach to cooking.  Always evolving and fresh.
